- All orders received via this website are subject to payment in full prior to shipment.
- Credit Card and Paypal orders will be processed and dispatched within 72 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Backorders and pre-orders are not accepted.
- Ad Astra Masks ships using Canada Post Lettermail service to Canada and International Airmail to the Rest of the World.
- Ad Astra Masks cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, however a one-time replacement will usually be granted. Any damaged item must be returned at the customer's cost.
